Aurora Centre Pivot Pine Roof Window. Loft Rooflight, Skylight + Flashing Kit. The Aurora Centre Pivot Roof Window with Pine Finish is the ideal alternative to Rooflite, Fakro, Keylite and any major brands of roof windows. This product includes our multipurpose flashing, which can be used on both tile and slate roofing. Please note: The Flashing Kit is essential for installation as it holds an external part of the Roof Window. The Aurora Tile & Slate flashing creates a weather tight seal around the roof window and the built-in guttering forms a mini drainage system allowing rainwater to run around the outside of the roof window and off the roof effectively. It is suitable for all roofs with a pitch of 15 to 90 degrees and for all slate and tile thicknesses from 0mm – 50mm. Please note, we advise that the size 114 x 112 cm should not be installed in roof pitches lower than 25 degrees. B700 Upgraded Toughed Glass. Kiln-dried laminated pine wood.
