The dome has a low rise and flexible fixing positions that are designed to help overcome the challenges associated with roofing refurbishment projects. Using Marlon FSX Longlife polycarbonate, the unit offers more strength than glass. It is resistant to breakages as well as challenging weather conditions, making this unit reliable and safe. It has been designed to fit on a builders upstand that is weathered and 150mm high with an ideal width of 75mm although it can work with custom width upstands up to 100mm wide. Available options include single, double and triple skin, as well as Opal, Clear, Patterned and Bronze finishes, are also available to choose. They are supplied undrilled and come with a self-adhesive foam sealant, sealant tape, weathertight washers as well as cover plugs. All undrilled fixing flanges are supplied, providing a level of flexibility when it comes to fixing to current builders upstands. They are all designed in accordance with the ISO9001 approved quality system. Measuring & Fitting Instructions. This product fits to an existing kerb made by the roofer or builder. 100mm wide fixing flange is supplied undrilled, for effective, custom fitting. The Mardome Reflex dome only unit fits directly on to the builders upstand. The unit supplied has a built in tolerance. To allow for small differences with the kerb or uneven roofing material as shown below. PLEASE NOTE ALL SIZES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND NON REFUNDABLE. Please ensure sizes are correct before ordering. Adhesive seal and dome fixing screws will be supplied with washers, caps and fasteners.
