UPVC / PVCu White Roof lantern/ Skylight. Patio / Sliding Doors. UPVC / PVCu roof lantern/ skylight. Carefully removed by professional installers. Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed. Frame measurements are of the rectangular base of the rooflight. The top spikes are missing but new ones can be sourced. The distance between the spikes is 167cm. Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/ very clean condition both sides. MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS. One of the end cover pieces which sits on top of the corner join has a small chip to its outer edge / lip. Please see last photo/s relating to the defects. The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side. Window is fixed and does not open. Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s. The glazing is lightly tinted blue (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection). The glass is self-cleaning. Ideal if you’re after a high quality UPVC skylight at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more. Ref No: 1LU4-8-6-1 (U11).
