MAXXAIR SKYMAXX LX 700 x 500mm ROOF SKY LIGHT with LED surround

MAXXAIR SKYMAXX LX 700 x 500mm ROOF SKY LIGHT with LED surround and front adaptor for MK2 2017 + VW Crafter. Has been removed, so will show some left over silicone and tape. The plastic surround inside has a broken screw hole (as pictured). One for two of the plastic lungs between the two layers of plastic on the top are broken, so casuing a little rattle at speed. These could be possibly fixed with some glue, but haven’t tried.

Maxxair have all installations in mind, with the SkyMaxx, this 400 x 400 can be used as a replacement for another model or as a new installation on a brand new vehicle. Easily adjust the blind and flyscreen to shade your living space and to keep insects out. The Maxxair Skymaxx is supplied as standard with user interchangeable panels allowing you to switch between “vented” and “non-vented”. Allows the air to flow into the van at all times even when the dome is closed, this is normally standard for caravans but not recommended for campervans and motorhomes. When the roof light dome is closed the complete rooflight is sealed meaning that no air can get in, this is recommended as having air flow in a campervan or motorhome can lead to a whistling sound while driving. Manual opening with 3 different positions. Built in pleated blind with flyscreen. Fits all 400 x 400 roof openings. Forced and Non-Forced ventilation. The SkyMaxx LX can either be a replacement for your current 700 x 500 rooflight or a new installation in your brand new vehicle – coupled with its easy-slide flyscreen and blind allowing you to keep shaded and keep any insects out of your living space. Forced and Non-Forced Ventilation. With user changeable panels built in as standard you are able to have your SkyMaxx LX with permanent ventilation which will allow air to flow at all times even with the main dome closed. Alternatively you could have your unit without forced ventilation this doesn’t allow any airflow if the dome is closed and is standard practice when fitted into campervans and motorhomes as a whistling sound occurs while driving.
