This item is electronically operated, and can operate using just a basic switch which is available online or from a local electronics merchant. There is no remote control for this item. You will need a qualified electrician to install the skylight as well as a competent builder. Externally opening windows – see in photos. Glazing is double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side. The colour of the hinges are silver. 3AL3-30-10-5 (Unit 11 O11 NH).
