For sale is a Velux GGL U10 3073 electric roof window, including rain sensor and remote control, as well as the frame and the grey aluminium trimmings as shown in the pictures. This was removed from a house due to a 1st floor extension and is in perfect working order. The window measurements as listed by Velux are 134cm x 160cm. Due to size, weight, awkwardness this is for collection only from ME20 – you’d probably need a van or very large car. It’s possible to move it with two people.
