The hinge is placed in the Top of the frame with gas springs and allows the sash to be open to any angle up to 30′ for ventilation or fully open to 180′ for easy access. Can be fitted on the roof pitch 15′ – 65′. Window is pine finish inside and dark grey outside. This is good quality window perfect for any loft space. This window is also well insulated against outside noise and temperature fluctuation. Key locking handle included.
