The hinge is placed in the Top of the frame with gas springs and allows the sash to be open to any angle up to 30°for ventilation or fully open to 180° for easy access. Can be fitted on the roof pitch 15° – 65°. Available with Flashings for Slate roof or Universal Tile Flashing. Window is white inside and grey outside. This is good quality window perfect for any loft space especially recommend for bathrooms and other high humidity rooms.
