The hinge is placed in the Top of the frame with gas springs and allows the sash to be open to any angle up to 30°for ventilation or fully open to 180° for easy access. Can be fitted on the roof pitch 15° – 65°. Available with Flashings for Slate roof or Universal Tile Flashing. Window is white inside and grey outside.
