The rooflight is easy to install and delivered fully assembled. The innovative frame design allows the skylight to simply slot into place, directly on to the builder’s existing upstand. Our RAL 7016 grey, marine-grade aluminium frame now fully conceals the commercial grade actuator motor and has been updated to include an integrated thermal brake. A thermally broken skylight design creates a physical barrier between internal and external temperatures, reducing heat intake in the summer, while retaining the warmth in the winter. The aluminium frame has a sleek, modern look that will enhance the overall aesthetic of your skylight and your home. Maintenance time is minimal as aluminium is strong, highly durable and resistant to both rust and corrosion. We use Smartguard self-clean glass coating technology on the outer pane of the skylight. The coating creates a smooth barrier on the outside pane of glass, which prevents build up of pollutants and helps rain droplets to wash them away. Self-clean glass coating is not a substitute for proper maintenance and cleaning, but is the first barrier between the glass and dirt build-up. Please note a stable WIFI connection with good coverage is required for full operation.
