Velux KEM 140 Skylight Electric Motor, New in Box Complete
This listing is for new in box (New, Old Stock aka NOS) KEM 140 Skylight motor assemblies. These will work with WLC 100 controllers (which were part of the KES 310 package), but with a simple modification will also work with the newer WLC 160 controllers. If you have this generation (approx mid 1990s to 2009) of Velux Skylights, you have probably have already encountered issues and discovered that Velux no longer supports these products. Keeping backups on hand is the best way to keep them operating. Never use never installed. Original OEM velux part.
