The VELUX EDJ recessed tile flashing provides a sleek and streamlined finish as the roof window is installed deep into the roof structure. This means that less of the roof window protrudes above the roofline. For optimum energy efficiency, the EDJ 2000 comes with BDX insulation collar and BFX underfelt collar. VELUX flashing kits are designed to integrate your VELUX roof window perfectly into the roofing material, ensuring that your window is completely weathertight, whatever the conditions. Flashings sit under the roofing materials, and then the water from the roof is collect in the built-in guttering system. The gutter overlaps a second section of the flashing to help the water flow smoothy down the side of the window. The flashing apron moulds to the roof material profile to allow the water to drain away. Flashing kit for installing one roof window into tiles up to 90mm in profile. For roof pitches from 20° – 90°.
