VELUX VLT 029 Access Roof Window 45 x 73cm Loft Rooflight Skylight. Access Roof Window Velta. Integrated flashing with apron. Weather – and UV-ray resistant. Comes with rubber gaskets in the sash. Kiln-dried pine wood with fungicide protection. Side Hung which can be installed as left or right opening. This escape can be installed in all roofing materials. Restrictor which keep the sash when fully opened to facilitate the exit and make them safer. Chromed steel handle with two ventilation positions. Flexible system allows installation in roofs with pitches between 20 and 60 degrees. Trimmable or completely removable foam gasket to ensure a perfect seal to roofing. It’s been in storage for a while and is a bit dusty but is new and unused.
