Aluminium Roof Lantern/Skylight in Anthracite Grey, bespoke made by “Korniche” to the highest quality. Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months. Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides. One of the two centre-corner trim pieces is missing – please see last photo. These can be sourced online from Korniche and are easy to fit. It is not crucial to the installation of the skylight as it is purely cosmetic. Skylight is fixed and does not open. Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. Tinted, which helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy, and offers sun protection. The colour of the flash-kit is matte Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White. 3AL2-8-9-2 (Unit 11)(Frame & 3 bundles of trim – By Spray Booth)(Glass Rack 1B)(DO).
