Flat Roof skylight used (But never Fitted)
Virtually brand new Flat Roof, manually opening roof window. Size : 750 x 750 mm. Fits onto builders upstand. See photo for slight deivery damage. The damage is a 16 cm crack in the bottom part of pvc skirting. This is repairable with pvc glue, and even if not repaired, the position of the crack would not affect the water tightness of the unit once it is fixed to upstand or effect It’s operation. The glass still has manufacturers blue protection wrapping. It comes with instructions, fixings, and the’worm’ drive opening system but without the winding rod. This can be bought separately online. It’s quite heavy so collection only from near Bedford.
