The thermally broken upstand ensures a strong thermal performance and resilience to condensation formation. The skylight has a clean modern design aesthetic that looks great. A toughened outer glass pane has a ceramic edge coating giving a stylish finish. This product range comes complete with a 160 mm high vertical insulated PVC upstand made to suit a new or existing roof opening. The slim aluminium frame has an internal thermal break which makes the rooflight energy efficient, while also reducing the risk of condensation. The skylight comes complete with concealed fixing screws installed beneath a flush cover. Ideal for new build and refurbishment projects. Uninterrupted glass surface offers pure daylight. Note: The product must be transported and stored, prior to installation, in accordance with the COXDOME® recommendations to clarify, it should be stored safely, and if exposed to direct sunlight, then there should be adequate air flow around the rooflight to avoid excessive heat build-up. The size ordered is the Structural Opening Size (hole in the roof) and the overall rooflight size will be approximately 150mm larger. The rooflight is supplied complete with 160mm high vertical upstand/kerb. For example, 600x600mm rooflight would require the hole size/structural opening size of 600x600mm and the overall rooflight measurement would be 750x750mm. The Daylight size would be 600x600mm due to vertical upstand.
