The hinge is placed in the Top of the frame with gas springs and allows the sash to be open to any angle up to 30′ for ventilation or fully open to 180′ for easy access. Can be fitted on the roof pitch 15′ – 65′. Window is pine finish inside and dark grey outside. This is good quality window perfect for any loft space. This window is also well insulated against outside noise and temperature fluctuation. Key locking handle included. Please remember to add correct flashing kit (Slate or Universal Tile Flashing) for your window from the drop down menu. Allows the window to be connected to flat and profiled (up to 9 cm) roofing materials. Allows fitting window in the slate roofing up to 0.8 cm in height. Our flashing kits are made of sheet aluminium coated with grey polyester RAL colour 7022. 78cm x 98cm (external size). Dark grey aluminium RAL 7022. 10 years for the window and 20 years for the glass. Impregnated pine wood bonded in layers. Finished with two coats of varnish.
