We offer custom-built to order, factory floor glazed units with all orders dispatched directly from our sealing workshop. Ensuring you get a fresh new product at the best value for your investment. Ensure the perfect fit by ordering the correct size unit based on your roof opening’s INTERNAL measurements. For instance, if you order a 1000mm x 1200mm unit, your ideal roof opening size would be 1010mm x 1210mm, allowing for 5mm room on each side for adjustments when installing. Rainproof Design: For flat roofs with zero slope, we recommend your upstands be built with a minimum 5 degree pitch, to assist with drainage. Additionally our skylights come with a 100mm black border designed for a 70mm wide upstand. This configuration leaves you with a 25mm overhang on each side, allowing rainwater to channel away effectively. If your upstands are different, just let us know and we can customize your border to suit.
