Brand New Aluminium Roof Lantern/Skylight in White, bespoke made to the highest quality by’Titan Aluminium’. Please note: The glazing for this item is composed of’Smart Glass’ – see’Glazing’ section below for more information. Brand new, never installed. Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements. Window is fixed and does not open. Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, tinted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection). The glazing is composed of’Smart Glass’, which can change its reflective properties to prevent sunlight and heat from entering a building, and also provides added privacy.
