Please see photos for installation instructions. Aluminium Roof Lantern/Skylight bespoke made to the highest quality by’Atlas’. Please note: We have multiple of these available for sale, identical in design, just different sizes/ openings- see our shop. As new, was part installed and removed the same day. Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements. There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden by the flashing kit and trim when installed. Corners on two of the edges of the frame have slightly come apart on the glue line, however wont cause any issues if some glue is applied on installation. The skylight is fixed and does not open. Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane. Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection). The colour of the flashing kit trim and corner-pieces is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016). 3AL3-9-5-2 (Unit 11 N39) (JVN). Radius of our warehouse.
